Infinities: Defiance of Fate
A strategic adventure game with resource management, map building, dice drafting, and infinite replay value for 2-4 players.
My Thoughts
Although I haven't personally had the chance to play this game, the mechanics, artwork, storytelling and theme certainly have what it takes to make this a masterpiece. Looking at the kickstarter
page, I can see that the creators at VATAL
have really put their heart and soul into this game. They are a little over 50% funded right now and I really want them to get funded for a pretty selfish reason: I want to play this game!
The reviews on this game have pushed me to put my money where my mouth is and back this project. Check out reviews by Unfiltered Gamer, Dice Monkey
and Tabletop Addicts.
The art in this game is so clean and creative, that we are actually using the same artist for our current project, SIEGE!
Update:
Unfortunately, the creators decided to cancel their campaign, but they promise to be back and better than ever! I truly hope this game can be brought to market soon.
